Who We Are
We are a privately owned agency with one specialty: helping people in Perth Amboy and nearby Middlesex County towns understand Medicare. No single insurer owns us. We set the plans we represent beside one another and explain plainly how each would handle your doctors, prescriptions and budget.
We believe a decision this important deserves more than a mailer or a commercial. It deserves a patient conversation with someone who asks questions first, lays out the rules and lets you make the call.
Rooted in a Historic Bay City
Perth Amboy sits where the Raritan River meets Raritan Bay, across the water from Staten Island. It was incorporated in 1718 and again in 1784, and its City Hall on High Street is the oldest in continuous use in the United States. It was there that New Jersey became the first state to ratify the Bill of Rights. Today about 55,000 people live here, and roughly three in four speak Spanish at home, with deep Dominican and Puerto Rican roots.
Those facts shape how we work. Conversations happen by phone or video, grown children are welcome to join and everything can be done en español. We keep local resources in mind too, including the Office on Aging at the A.J. Community Center on Olive Street, Raritan Bay Medical Center on New Brunswick Avenue and the walks along Sadowski Parkway and Bayview Park that so many of our clients enjoy.

No. We are a privately owned, independent insurance agency, licensed under New Jersey rules, and we only offer coverage from carriers we hold contracts with.
Do you carry every plan sold in Middlesex County?

Will I need to travel to an office?
